A clear place to start
Begin with Rumba, then work towards Cha-Cha-Cha and Samba as your foundations develop. Your progress depends on practice and readiness, rather than keeping up with someone else.
- Learn basic steps and how to transfer your weight.
- Explore posture, body actions, timing and music.
- Repeat short drills before linking steps into choreography.
Make practice fit your life
Choose a manageable part of a lesson. Watch first, try it slowly, then repeat. A few focused minutes can be a useful starting point; you can build your routine as you settle in.
What do you need?
A stable internet connection, a device you can see clearly, and a safe space to move. Choose secure footwear and a suitable floor. Keep your movements comfortable and stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
