Privacy at ASPYR

Your booking details

ASPYR Establishment uses your name, email, phone number, class selection, appointment, agreement to our conditions, and payment proof to manage classes and payment confirmations. Client profiles may also include a birth date and address when provided.

Email updates

If you choose to subscribe, we store your email, language, consent and signup date to send a welcome email, ASPYR news and future offers. If you separately opt in to WhatsApp, we also store your phone number and the date of that consent. WhatsApp messaging is awaiting setup; it is not yet active. Signing up does not create a student account or promise a discount. You can unsubscribe by emailing contact@aspyr-studio.com. We remember popup dismissal in this browser; clearing browser data or using another device may show it again.

Student accounts

Student email sign-in is provided by Supabase, with account data hosted in the United States. Resend delivers secure sign-in links. After you verify your email, your account can show website bookings made with that email. Your browser stores a session to keep you signed in; log out on shared devices. Account creation does not subscribe you to marketing or connect your Online Academy membership.

Instagram and WhatsApp support

If you contact ASPYR through Instagram or WhatsApp, we may store your platform sender identifier, message text, our replies, timestamps and delivery status to provide support. Sara on Instagram and Aya on WhatsApp are virtual assistants. Approved routine questions may receive automatic replies; other conversations are held for an authorized ASPYR administrator. Our current routine-answer system does not send your messages to an AI provider. Meta processes messages through its platforms, and ASPYR’s website hosting and storage services process our support records. App credentials are stored encrypted on the server. You may ask for a human response, correction or deletion by contacting contact@aspyr-studio.com. Revoking a platform connection stops future access but does not automatically erase existing support records.

Who can access them

Authorized ASPYR administrators can review client and booking records. Our website hosting and storage services process these records, Resend delivers booking emails, and Google Calendar receives booking details to organize classes. We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising or sell it.

Google Calendar connection

Only ASPYR administrators connect the studio Google account. The website checks availability in the studio’s main calendar and creates and manages events in a separate ASPYR Website Bookings calendar. Students see available times, not existing calendar details. Google authorization credentials stay on the server; the saved refresh token is encrypted. The administrator can revoke access in their Google Account’s connected-app settings.

Payment proof

Uploaded receipt images can be downloaded only by authorized administrators. Your private booking link gives access to your booking and payment status. Please crop unrelated balances and transactions before uploading a receipt. Keep your private booking link confidential.

Dance coaching records

Your dance plan, goal completion, weekly practice count, confidence ratings, check-in notes and private messages are stored to support your coaching. Only your verified student account and authorized ASPYR administrators can access them. No weight or body measurements are collected.

Learning path

Your onboarding answers, lesson access and completion history are saved privately for you and authorized ASPYR coaches. Lesson completion is self-reported and does not automatically grant advanced access or count as a practice session.

Learning statistics / إحصائيات التعلّم

We record which lesson details you open and when, to understand learning activity and support students. This does not measure video watch time. If provided, we also save how you heard about ASPYR and membership dates for internal business reporting. These records are visible only to authorized administrators.

Community and leaderboard

Community posts, replies and your chosen nickname are visible to signed-in students and authorized ASPYR administrators. You can delete your posts; administrators can moderate discussions. Your email is not shown to other students. The leaderboard is optional: if you join, members can see your nickname and total practice count, but not your private check-in notes, confidence ratings or coaching messages. You can leave the leaderboard in your community preferences. Milestone badges use your saved practice totals.

Private video reviews

When you submit a dance video, ASPYR stores the video, your questions, submission date and coach feedback to provide your review. Access is restricted to your verified student account and authorized ASPYR administrators. Videos are not public. Contact contact@aspyr-studio.com to request deletion.

Website visit analytics

We use random browser and session identifiers to understand visits, active browsing time, broad traffic sources, signup steps and verified purchases. Analytics does not collect what you type, payment-card details, or full referral URLs. Visit records are kept for up to 90 days. Browser identifiers approximate visitors, not individual people. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control; you can also turn this tracking off below without affecting checkout.
