Your booking details

ASPYR Establishment uses your name, email, phone number, class selection, appointment, agreement to our conditions, and payment proof to manage classes and payment confirmations. Client profiles may also include a birth date and address when provided.

Who can access them

Authorized ASPYR administrators can review client and booking records. Our website hosting and storage services process these records, Resend delivers booking emails, and Google Calendar receives booking details to organize classes. We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising or sell it.

Google Calendar connection

Only ASPYR administrators connect the studio Google account. The website checks availability in the studio’s main calendar and creates and manages events in a separate ASPYR Website Bookings calendar. Students see available times, not existing calendar details. Google authorization credentials stay on the server; the saved refresh token is encrypted. The administrator can revoke access in their Google Account’s connected-app settings.

Payment proof

Uploaded receipt images can be downloaded only by authorized administrators. Your private booking link gives access to your booking and payment status. Please crop unrelated balances and transactions before uploading a receipt. Keep your private booking link confidential.
