A few things before we dance

Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed once payment is made in full.

Cancelling or missing a class

Need to change your plans? Please let us know at least 24 hours before your class. If you cancel later or don’t show up, the class counts as used and won’t be refunded. This applies to private and group classes. Exceptions may be made with the coach’s approval.

Packages and refunds

The group trial costs SAR 150 and must be used within 7 days of purchase. An unused trial expires without a refund and another trial requires a new payment. The four-class package costs SAR 450 and all four classes must be completed within 45 days of purchase. A single group class costs SAR 150 for the selected date. Payments for packages, trial classes, and other classes are non-refundable, unless required by law or agreed by the coach.

Filming

Please don’t film during group classes. We want everyone to feel comfortable.

Respect

Treat other students and coaches with kindness and respect. Insults, harassment, or abusive behaviour are not welcome. ASPYR may stop accepting bookings from anyone who doesn’t respect these rules.

Your health and safety

Please make sure you feel well enough to dance, and tell your coach about any injury or health condition that could affect your participation. If you’re unsure, check with a healthcare professional first.

Listen to your body, follow your coach’s instructions, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Dance carries a risk of injury. By joining, you acknowledge that risk. This does not remove any responsibility ASPYR has under applicable law.

الإلغاء أو الغياب

تغيّرت خططك؟ بلغينا قبل موعد الحصة بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل. إذا ألغيتي بعد هذا الوقت أو ما حضرتِ، تُحتسب الحصة كمستخدمة ولا تُسترد قيمتها. هذا ينطبق على الحصص الخاصة والجماعية. ويمكن قبول استثناء بموافقة المدرّبة.

الباقات والاسترداد

الحصة التجريبية الجماعية بسعر ١٥٠ ر.س وتُستخدم خلال ٧ أيام من الشراء. إذا لم تُستخدم، تنتهي صلاحيتها دون استرداد ويلزم دفع جديد لحصة تجريبية أخرى. باقة الأربع حصص بسعر ٤٥٠ ر.س ويجب إكمالها خلال ٤٥ يومًا من الشراء. الحصة الجماعية المفردة بسعر ١٥٠ ر.س للموعد المختار. المبالغ المدفوعة للباقات والحصص التجريبية وبقية الحصص غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا نصّت الأنظمة على ذلك أو وافقت المدرّبة.

التصوير

نرجو عدم التصوير أثناء الحصص الجماعية، حتى تشعر كل طالبة بالراحة.

الاحترام

نتعامل مع بعض بلطف واحترام، سواء طالبات أو مدرّبات. الإهانات والتحرّش والتصرفات المسيئة غير مقبولة. ويحق لـ ASPYR عدم قبول حجوزات مستقبلية ممن لا تلتزم بهذه القواعد.

صحتك وسلامتك

تأكدي إن حالتك الصحية تسمح لك بالرقص، وبلغي مدرّبتك بأي إصابة أو حالة صحية ممكن تؤثر على مشاركتك. وإذا كنتِ غير متأكدة، استشيري مختصًا صحيًا أولًا.

اسمعي لجسمك، واتبعي تعليمات مدرّبتك، وتوقفي إذا شعرتِ بألم أو دوخة أو عدم ارتياح.

الرقص نشاط بدني وقد تحدث خلاله إصابات. بمشاركتك، تقرّين بفهم هذه المخاطر. وهذا لا يلغي أي مسؤولية على ASPYR بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.
